Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for our visa consultancy services.

Consultancy Service Charges

Our service charges cover assessment, document review, form-filling assistance and process guidance. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery:

• Before assessment begins — full refund of service charges
• After assessment but before application submission — partial refund per our schedule
• After application submission — no refund of service charges

Government Fees

Government visa fees are paid to the relevant authority and are non-refundable in all cases, including refusal.

Appointment Cancellation

Consultation appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be refunded.

Refusal

A visa refusal does not automatically entitle you to a refund of government fees. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation and options for reapplication.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at info@bedotravels.com with your reference number and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within a reasonable period, subject to our review.
